Eli J. Stovall served at CNL Lifestyle Properties where he served as Director of Asset Management for the Attraction Sector. Mr. Stovall was responsible for a $500M portfolio of entertainment properties, which included Indoor Waterparks, Themeparks, Waterparks, and Family Entertainment Centers. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Stovall held the position of Vice President for V3 Capital Strategies, LLC. Mr. Stovall also co-founded Marketing Survey Solutions, a market research and CRM solutions provider to the attractions industry. Previously, Mr. Stovall held the position of Vice President of Management Information for Ogden Parks Management / Alfa Smartparks, Inc.

Mr. Stovall holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He is a member of IAAPA, WWA, and has served as a national faculty member of the Jeff Ellis & Associates National Aquatic Safety School.
