at Homeside Lending, Inc., Ms. Sealey served
in both the Treasury and M&A departments
where she was responsible for performing profitability
analysis on loan portfolios, verifying loan
data and analyzing resulting portfolio data.
In addition, she performed statistical and
analytical applications for cost-profit relationship
analysis and assisted in due diligence related
to portfolio acquisitions.

The Finance Company where she was responsible
for financial management and analysis and
portfolio management. Ms. Sealey presently
serves as VP of Finance for V3 Capital Strategies,
LLC. Ms. Sealey has extensive experience in
loan portfolio management, operations, logistics
and financial analysis.
Ms.
Sealey has managed and conducted financial
and leadership training, managed two headquarters
relocations, and let corporate teams in high
growth companies. She has organized and maintained
data rooms, conducted M&A due diligence,
built extensive computer economic models,
handled customer relations, and been responsible
for profitability analysis and diligence on
portfolio additions exceeding $9 billion annually.
